Please note that all sales are final. By purchasing our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Returns & Refund Policy.
HostingClown.com does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Account cancellations initiated by the customer.
Non-usage of Services after purchase.
Dissatisfaction with features or performance.
Suspension or termination of accounts due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Partial use of prepaid billing cycles.
All payments made to HostingClown.com are non-refundable, whether for monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.
Customers purchasing Services on a prepaid basis (monthly, yearly, or custom billing cycles) will not receive any refund or credit for unused time if they choose to cancel before the billing cycle ends.
Renewal charges are automatically processed unless the customer cancels prior to the renewal date.
Certain services are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Domain name registrations and transfers.
SSL certificates.
Setup or installation fees.
Dedicated IP addresses.
Add-ons, upgrades, or additional resources purchased with hosting accounts.
Customers may cancel their account at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the HostingClown.com customer portal or contacting support.
Cancellations take effect immediately upon request, unless a future date is specified.
Once an account is canceled, all data, files, and configurations will be permanently deleted from our servers. Customers are responsible for backing up their data prior to cancellation.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated by HostingClown.com due to policy violations, non-payment, or abusive activities.
Suspended or terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds or credits under any circumstances.
Customers who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their financial institution may have their accounts immediately terminated.
HostingClown.com reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of transactions to financial institutions.
Any fees associated with chargeback disputes will be charged to the customer.
This Returns & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States.
